My communication with Commander Ashtar started today when I woke and then went into meditation. Through mind-to-mind communication, known as telepathy, I asked permission to board the Federation Mothership. He replied with a yes, and asked how he could help. I stepped through an air-blowing brightly lit cleaning unit and began walking down a side hall which also seemed to be used as a running and exercising track, with a skylight above it where you could see into the stars. I saw these illuminated balls of energy which were a type of shapeless nonsolid being. I would see them ever so often busily coming and going amongst the crew from the various beings that walked the ship. I walked past an open room that looked like a meeting room lobby. It had 60 ft. ceilings and was decorated with images of multiple solar systems and planets extending down from it. It was peaceful and everyone acted orderly as if they were in a library. There was a refreshments area near the wall where you could program what you wanted and the item would appear, much like in the TV series Star Trek.

I walked up to Commander Ashtar in that room as he was speaking to someone. He was communicating with a being that had a long lean body, large head, and a brownish-gray insect-like appearance. I later learned that he was from "Zacorus Appullius".  Ashtar said that they were skilled mathematicians, and good at determining certain trajectories for deep space travel. After their conversation was complete, Ashtar acknowledged me and asked me to follow him into a smaller room that looked like a conference room.

I told Asther I had some questions I needed help with. I asked him for an update on the planet earth. 

Ashtar told me that earth was at a tiing point but has crossed into the positive trajectory. He said that there was some density coming toward the continent of Africa. He said that there was something poisoning the people through the animals and that they are working on neutralizing that situation. He said that the cabal was still hard at work trying to destroy humanity while profiting off of people as slaves and cows. However, he said that many regular people are waking up around the world asking questions about their health, and reality, and questioning the old guard. He said they can see the souls as their lights begin to shine, and their frequency is heightened, and they can tell how many there are and where they are located. He said this is happening for many reasons. 

One reason Ashtar said is that people are finding various media vessels to share information on portals such as; YouTube, Rumble, Telegram, and social media that are now reaching beyond areas across the globe and not just locally. These are the spiritual warriors are working for the Intergalactic Federation of Planets and us. These light workers are communicating messages of support to less-grounded, unsure humans that it is safe to ask questions and not be afraid. People are becoming more connected, having a sense of being, and becoming unified which is needed and part of the ascension process. He told me much still needs to be done but we are past the tipping point due to the agreement of souls to rebuild planet earth into a zone three planet (the entry level to be a part of the Federation of Planets alliance) with love and generosity, replacing greed and pure self-gain. The other reason is the presence of the star humans (many are also lightworkers) is increasing the frequency and heightening the frequency around other humans. This allows them better to receive messages of other star systems and races and helps them by showing alternative ways of thinking of your existence, with a bigger lens. I told him, I understand. 

Then asked Ashtar about what they are doing about helping us against the chemtrails being sent into our atmosphere regularly to poison humans and the earth. I told him I have seen this myself now at least once a month for some time. He told me they are aware of this. 

Ashtar told me that in the chemtrails were toxic particles including radium and hydro metals. Meaning they are released through a liquid, which turns into a vapor. Once inhaled they travel into the body and is then released into the body microscopically. The goal is to weaken the immune system, creating a toxic environment in the body, and also used to control humans through high-frequency technology through sound. This also can be used for tracking. He said, once the liquid airborne metals gravitate in the body where they will reside and stay, they turn into small metal fragments that are used as a telecommunication device, allowing bodies to function as a computer, connected to a large system of high-tech controlling satellites. This system can regulate your thinking process, and emotions, and regulate your brain and heart to a lesser or greater degree. He said it is an effort to neutralize this threat that they are releasing into our air environment charged, high-frequency ions that attract the dirty toxic particles in the chemtrails. They attach to these high-frequency ions and then they are gathered and released into areas not on earth but to a place that has no life to harm.
 
I asked if these same metals were in the foods. He said, “Many of the food that is manufactured including in-door grown vegetables, do contact traces of these toxic minerals. Ingested toxins would offer a slow poisoning of the body and it is a way to get this computer system into bodies. Many earthlings are not aware of this occurring. The collective cabal has had plans to create a food shortage so they could assist with this problem through boxed, pre-packaged food but it would be laced heavily with toxins. To assist our family on earth, we have released a technology that used sonar pulses through humans at night when they sleep. This is basically hitting the reset button and removing the toxins that have built up. We do this process more heavily on the star workers on earth since we find they are more sensitive and operating at a higher vibration, we need to constantly filter out any toxins within their body or auric field immediately. You can see it in people’s aura and etheric bodies very easily if they have been submitted to these heavy metal toxins. 
 
However, if someone willing knows of this and submits to the collective cabal, as seen in the mass injections of recent, then we could be limited in assisting. We can not step over free will unless asked directly for help. 
 
We see many are asking in their prayers or meditative state for assistance in their health and from the plot against humanity from the cabal. Since we are being asked to step in, we have. Currently, we have changed some of the timelines toward a more positive timeline. In the current collective cabal on earth are humans and non-humans. It is a business to them to destroy. It must be the people that finally say, “Enough is enough.” People of the earth must remember their light within, who they really are and why they are here. Do not feel dim over this, because we have proof this is happening, and people are rising up in truth. So much so that humans are creating an etheric body network around the globe of their own consciousness that is forming through beams of love to all areas of your planets. It should feel like moments of a warm hug. People of the earth do want a better world and do love each other. 

With this new ascension victory, the Angelic Corps have been sent in to remove densities around pockets of your earth. Many of these densities are in the form of dark consciousness clouds. Those are being removed by the angelic on other planets and the angelic star beings on earth, such as yourself. Also, dark portals are being closed, and non-loving entities are being removed as well. 

As the Galactic Federation of Planets, we are creating better alliances among the planetary races. Those such as the Anunnaki Reptilian race and Zeta Reticulons are not operating within our treaty, and therefore breached it. Any efforts to destroy other planets, or the being on it, including earth, is a direct threat to the Federation of Planets and will be dwelt with accordingly. Have no fear that a cataclysmic event will occur. Your planet is past the tilt in progress and all is well, my friend.

In addition, we are also cloaking transmissions on earth media in efforts to help star humans that could be seen as a threat and censored. We are also transmitting frequency downloads in the form of sound waves to your devices. We are countering the harmful frequency now going through home computer systems by demagnetizing harmful signals. 
 
You, my friend, and other star people of earth have certain privileges based on your purpose here. We are here to assist you, and others, to succeed in your missions. We offer you love and allegiance.”
 
Then Ashtar waved his hand and the room door slid open, and I exited. A tall blue female being with a lean body and large head, Azura, walked me down the hall to the “thought projection” room where I was then consciously thought back to my bedroom safely.

(Note: My conscious awareness of Ashtar came in May 2020, two months after I had been publically channeling Christ, in my series "Jesus Speaks" at www.christacademyoflove.com and on YouTube.

Ashar and my first welcoming back encounter was on --
May 2020, in the early morning hours from 4-6 am, Ashtar came to me in my astral travels when I was in a lucid dream, and even kept talking to me an hour after I woke. At first, I did not know who he was till he told me his name, Commander Ashtar, which I had never heard of this life till now. During this Ultra-Dimensional encounter, Ashtar spend a couple of hours with me explaining my mission on earth, and the state of planet earth, and give me a tour of this large mothership he called, the Galactic Federation Starship. I was on a circular bridge and the crew was wearing tightly fitted jumpsuits and white, and the higher ranks in red and then blue, like Commander Ashtar had on. He had a noticed collar and side-buttoned, jacket with gold embellishments on the shoulders. They were using holographic pads and operating the ship with see-through devices that projected images in midair. 

Ashtar sat me in front of this huge panoramic window on the bridge. It was a little scary being up so high in space, yet exciting. I saw a multitude of mid-size crafts and hover crafts departing and coming in below the ship. He began to explain the role of the Galactic Federation was to act as the protector and overseer of the Interplanetary Federation of Planets, and to make sure the alliance stays intact and non-hostile. He showed me how it was propelled by thought and was bio-engineered with part DNA, and bio-luminance, and combustible kinetic energy. I asked why "me", since I have never gone so far and so high! Ashtar told me, "It is time for me to step into my true self and mission." He told me I have been a trusted ally, and a high-ranked lieutenant for the Galactic Federation and served for lifetimes (human and non-human) upholding their tenets. He said I worked for the Federation, and also for the Office of Christ, the Angelic Corps as a Celestial spiritual warrior who has agreed, in a contract, to a life of service to the Federation and alliance. He told me my origin was, "angelic" Elohim DNA that was seeded from the line of Christ.

He walked me to a hallway lining the outermost part of the ship that had a clear window above where I could see the galaxy above. We saw various races that were guests and crew pass us on this outer ring hallway.  Then he stopped at a rounded, solid wall, waved his hand, and this way slid open into what looked like a lavish forest of paradise. I said, "Wow, how did you do that?!" very excitedly. Ashtar said, "We need to speak about the situation on earth we are facing." It sounded serious. I responded, "Oh you mean humans blowing up the planet and trying to kill other humans?!" I said somewhat jokingly but he did not laugh. He nodded and said, "Something like that." He began to tell me many things..." More to come!

The night before going to bed, I was outside taking my dog Abbey out to go relieve herself. I was looking into the sky and saw two blinking on and off bright stars. Their color was cycling red, green, white, and yellow. Then I asked in prayer God, Jesus, and my Galactic star family, “Am I doing everything you want in my purpose here, and what more can I do to help myself and mankind, and this beautiful earth and everyone in it? Please give me any direction if possible. Thank you and I love you all.” 
 
I came in watched a silly show called, Good Girls, for an hour and a half, and went to bed around 2:45 am, which was late. My husband had gone to bed and I just needed the quiet “me” time. Then I went off to bed where I fell quickly into a deep sleep.

In this lucid dream, I woke up in it "in my spirit state" and found myself talking to Gandhi. And, when I got up in the morning and I remembered most of this visitation I will describe below. 

In my astral state, I saw a bald-headed man with a frail body. I knew right away I was in the presence of Gandhi. He was sitting on a simple creme sofa, facing a large open window exhibiting spring trees and lavish green grass. He felt like a sweet, grandfather to me. He was patient and gentle. I studied his every move. The words he used to teach me spiritual concepts were planned. No word was wasted in small talk or useless descriptions. His simple words had power. He also brought a calmness and groundedness to me. I felt at ease, safe, and loved.  

Gandhi told me he has lived many lifetimes as many things, and many not on this earth, such as I. He said he has had many lives as an Arcturian and that their advanced technology and spiritual love helped seed the DNA and growth of planet earth. He told me that my brother and friend, Christ, worked together on advanced humanity in multiple ways. He told me that Christ used to be many things too, especially Sirian. He told me that Christ was from and was One with “SOURCE” energy. He is the one that helps those that are beginners that are lost to even those more advanced that want to walk as He did on this earth. He said they work together as brothers of the light of the ONE only source of all creation and all love. 

He then told me that I am on a fast track "to know" who I really am, why I am here, and what further I can do on my mission. They heard my call and are happy to assist with my understanding.
 
Gandhi told me that this is a great time on this planet. It is critical that others learn to love themselves or this planet because if not, at some point, the hate will literally shatter this world into pieces and explode like in a self-destruct mode to stop the cruelty to this planet and to others, as seen through examples of pollution, the human trafficking, starvation, greed and basically raping the natural resources that God gave us for self-gain and entertainment. He told me to not underestimate the power of love we humans share. He told me to remember that I am love and to love each day more than the last. He also told me I “overcomplicate” things. He said for me to just be me, that my path is coming along and many more doors are opening for me to walk through and to just trust to do so.
 
Then he wanted me to meet a friend of his that wants to help and teach me spiritual concepts. The next thing I know I was in the California mountains in a stilted home on a hill filled with tall furry pine trees. Sitting Indian-style in front of me was, Yoga Nada. I recognized him through his sweet face and smile. He is so loving and gentle. He had long, soft waves of dark hair and little curls around his neck. His presence was beautiful! He said we both love and serve our older brother, Yeshua (Jesus). That made me very happy to hear him say that. I excitedly replied "Yes!", with a big grin. I shouted out, “I love Him!” Yoga Nada smiled, and said, “I know. And, so do I.” Then I realized that was one of the reasons he wants to work with me since we both have a love for Christ, and the obedience to follow his instructions.
 
Yoga Nada told me I could ask him anything that was concerning or troubling me. Oh boy, did I have a lot of questions for him! I asked if the Reptilians were real and if they have no emotions, and why.

Yoga Nada replied to me, 

“Little one, take pity upon those beings that have no love in them, for they also have no connection to the SOURCE of all love. These reptile races have been inhabiting planets for some time, including earth. Even the Vatican even knows of these beings and tries to keep their presence hidden from the public. For the loss of all love, you would have to gain something else. In their case, it is about always “winning”. They must win at every conquest they pursue despite any consequences. They are single-minded and only want a challenge to overcome, stealing resources on planets such as food, and the people (women and children mainly) for their own unholy purposes. Their heart is filled with greed and the destruction of others for their benefit. All these attributes are not from SOURCE. They are out of alignment with the intent of this planet and all the planet treaties, which are based on brotherly love, fairness, and kindness for all. 
 
There are some in your world, humans, that operate and think like that of the reptilian race, and have found bed-fellows with them. This, of course, is an unholy alliance and their harsh conduct is not sanctioned by Source, or by the Office of Angelic Affairs. We do have teams of scouts from the Galactic Federation Starship that observes and tracks them to make sure they do not take over a planet. Child, do not worry of them. We have a plan for them as well but just not yet. For now, it is about helping those like you that work hard to stay on the path of enlightenment and their higher good. You and others like you are beacons of light to many. Never underestimate your presence here on earth and the vibrations of love frequency it puts out to others to do the same. We are in a spiritual war of the minds and hearts of people on earth, and SOURCE is winning. So, do not worry anymore about such things. Stay in the protection of the Divine light that is within you. Do you have another question?”

I have studied so many books, including those books from Scientology and Dianetics that are very advanced and that I spent a small fortune on over the years. Are these books worth keeping? Do they contain sacred information that I need? What about the auditing I did with all my past lives on other planets… Are the auditing Green Volumes worth getting to help me and others?

Yoga Nada’s reply,
“My sweet innocent flower, there are those in this world that take what they have learned and hold it as ransom over others’ minds and pocket-book. The founder of Scientology, L. Ron Hubbard, did research and found spiritual truths that worked to help others, yet he mixed it with his own greed and gain, and philosophy, which tainted the whole system. Yes, his discovery of “Dianetics” and auditing did help others but all these past lives and spiritual answers are already within you. No one needs a man, or woman, to explain things that we have had lifetimes to learn and experience ourselves already. It is just a matter if you want to remember, it or not. And, many would like to remain asleep and continue their cycles of life without question. Of course, that is an illusion. Every being you meet, whether dark or light, is “an old soul” spirit being that has a mission. It is just a matter if that person wants to see it now, or see it in their spirit form when they have a life review, or in a state of etheric travels. You can put on blinders but your past always leaches out. Ultimately there is no escape from your own self. The only way to freedom is to confront all that has and will happen.

In this world, you are typically a male or female, maybe rich or poor, emotionally happy or not, but in truth, you are setting the intention in your earth timeline to have the experiences you need to move forward on your path. Anything and all things are possible, within and with you. Did our brother Christ not teach us this? 
 
Now, to fully answer your question about the importance of L. Ron Hubbard’s spiritual findings in Scientology, no man should have spiritual intellectual property. All spiritual knowledge comes from SOURCE, and is free to all that ask for it. Spiritual knowledge can be gained from books and a connection to SOURCE, but true spiritual wisdom comes from having your own experiences and discerning what that information is for your highest good, and for all involved. 
 
Spiritual truth is in us. How can it not be? We are from and ONE with SOURCE. There is no separation. That is an earth linear concept. Right now, I am talking to you on a mountain in Mt. Shasta and yet you also lay here sleeping. The fact is you can be in more than one place at the same time. And, I mean many… many worlds, many lives, many scenarios, and timelines, because you are that vast. However, you are one that travels between timelines, and adjusts situations to assist others in need, in various parts of the galaxy. We see it and we appreciate that too. Consciousness, which is the real you, is very busy assisting the cause. We are more than spirit but pure thought waves, frequencies of intention, nothingness, and everything, all at once."

Then as I sat in this living room in the mountains of California with Yoga Nada, I noticed there were three other pupils in the distance listening to my teachings from him. These persons were there observing. One was a friend of mine, Maura, a medium from NY who that she was dreaming and did not understand why she was there. I think she followed my energy trail into this etheric timeline. Anyhow, at this point, the whole room started shaking. The vases and picture frames fell on the floor. We were having an earthquake!  I did not know what was happening at first. I told Yoga Nada, “Great, my first-time visiting Mt. Shasta and I am in the middle of what appears to be an earthquake or eruption. If I survive it, I will tell all my friends.” Then laughed. Yet he was quiet, eyes closed sitting still, and ignored what I said, yet he heard me. He said, “The earth is impregnated and getting ready to deliver. She knows who is here to assist in her birthing process, and those who are here to disturb her. Even though you feel sensations from the shaking of this world, take good cheer knowing you are welcome and her delivery tremors will not affect you. Be still and observe only. This must occur for peace to ensue.”

Then I thanked him for answering. I told him I had another question. I asked Yoga Nada why people sign up for me to help them in spiritual reading sessions yet become so mean and bitter to me in the process. And, that afterward I am left with lower vibration and upset I did not feel I could help them.

He replied, “Firstly child when you are assisting someone in great emotional pain, you love others and cannot help to feel some of that. You cannot stop it, but allow it to run through and behind you but do not hold their energy or pain. It is not you but the anger running off so wisdom can be heard. They are upset with themselves and this is how they cry out for help, in anguish and fury. Do not take this to heart, little one. Your sitters do hear your loving messages.  We are also there assisting you and them.

As a remedy to empty out the lower energy...
After your session, sit for a moment, close your eyes and visualize a beautiful flower. Look at each petal, and study the colors, the beauty, and the miracle of what it took for each petal to form. Having gratitude helps but so does acknowledging naturally-found, Divine beauty and miracles that surround you. This simple exercise will help you feel safe and more in the present time, and back into your own pure conscious energy, and not blended with theirs anymore. This spiritual exercise will quickly connect you back into your own heart chakra center.  You can also ask us to step in and help that person and also to help raise your energy back to where it was, or higher. We are pleased to do so but you need to remind us to step in and assist when needed.”

I thanked Yoga Nada with much humility and appreciation. I know I will get more teaching from Him, Christ, Gandhi, and others on my “Team God” spiritual support network. There is something to be said for asking God what you need, cause I got it today!

Then my husband woke me up so I could get ready for my day filled with readings and several interviews. 

In closing, I am so happy that the universe has all our backs, SOURCE (God), Christ, and his team of Holy master teachers that know each of us by name and help us if we ask. If we ask, I am very grateful and relieved knowing that we all have Divine assistance whenever we need it. This was my story as an example of what happened when I did ask for help and for some questions to be answered. "Team God" came through. I wanted to share this glorious news with my fellow lightworkers!
